[modifier] Nos licences
For all our components, we have implemented an annual license which allows the developer to use them as often as he wishes: inall his programs, with all his customers (it is not necessary to pay a licensefor each customer). This fee includes everything: the component itself, as wellas the sources.
We set up three levels of license :
- A license for independent developers who realize custom-made software and for publishers realizing less than 500 000 euros of annual sales;
- A license for publishers realizing annual sales between 500 000 and 1 million euros;
- A license for publishers realizing annual sales of more than 1 million euros.

Each license is purchased for a period of one year, renewable by tacit agreement.
The first year of the license is generally extended for 3 to 6 months to give you time to achieve integration.
[modifier] Modifications éventuelles
Dans l’éventualité où le développeur souhaiterait des modifications spécifiques dans le composant qu’il utilise, il existe trois cas de figure :
- Il s’agit d’une modification mineure et susceptible d’être bénéfique à tous : elle sera effectuée gracieusement, dans un délai allant de 15 jours à trois mois.
- Il s’agit d’une modification plus importante, mais qui est bénéfique à tous :
- Si le développeur accepte qu’elle soit intégrée dans une version ultérieure (dans l’année qui vient), elle sera effectuée gracieusement ;
- Si le développeur en a besoin dans des délais plus courts, elle devra être cofinancée à hauteur de 50 % et sera effectuée dans un délai allant de 15 jours à 3 mois.
- Il s’agit d’une modification importante uniquement utile au développeur qui la demande : elle sera réalisée après acceptation d’un devis et financé entièrement par le développeur, après vérification qu’elle s’intègre bien dans le composant.
